"Brad and his people did a nice job on what turned out to be a bigger, more time consuming project than he estimated.  The job was to clean up the woodlands on a 1 acre lot (tree and shrub removal and general trimming).  The overall results met expectations, however I could not rate them higher due to the big miss that was made in estimating the job.  The owner has a great deal of experience in the business so I did not expect him to underestimate the time required to do the job by 40%.  We paid a per diem, so the cost was 40% more than estimated.  When someone with his experience tells me with "high confidence" that a job can get done in 3 days I do not expect it to turn into 5 days.  In retrospect I would get a firm quote from them.

"Just completed a major project with Sustain Scape. Mike (owner) was punctual, knowledgeable and great to work with. Chris back at the office was very informative and responsive. The estimate process was painless (price was very reasonable compared with other estimates) and the work began the following week. Although it took 2 days longer than projected, the price never changed. The crew worked hard the whole time (in 110 + heat) and when they were done we were so pleased with the results. We replaced our entire irrigation and lighting systems and did some minor planting refreshes as well as some other odds and ends. Mike came himself he next day and took care of a couple minor things we noticed within an hour of my asking him to do so.
