"We had our 50-year-old failing asphalt driveway replaced with concrete by Maryland Curbscape in August 2022. Paul and his crew did a great job from planning to execution. It took one day to remove all the old material, pour the concrete and clean up. The job involved re-grading the entire slope of the driveway and the concrete was extended to provide an even transition into the garage. The crew was extremely professional, and their work was meticulous. We could not be happier with the overall experience."

They did an excellent job in putting down a 10by 12 concrete slab in the exact spot that I wanted it. He repaired some cracks we had in our concrete and located and repaired the root cause of a leak we have had in our sunroom off and on for ten years. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. "We had used Hoffman Landscaping for a front yard project in the fall of 2013, and at that time we asked for a quote for deck removal and patio installation in the back of the house. We decided to be patient and wait until spring to tackle that work, but dealt with water issues all winter long in our basement and yard. My patience wore thin.

At the first sign of spring, I had Brian come out to look at our grading and drainage situation. He gave me a revised quote for the original work and the new work, and we were off. Well, almost...we had warm days followed by surprise snow followed by rain. (Three cheers for Maryland weather!) Brian kept in contact with me regarding scheduling and we crossed our fingers for warm and dry days.

The deck and concrete were torn out quickly, but we lost a few days to rain. There was a small misunderstanding about materials and tools being left at our house, but it was not a big deal and Brian was very apologetic. Once the patio work began, we saw progress happen quickly. Brian and his crew worked very hard to get everything finished before more rain came through, and they cleaned up very well when they were done.

They did have to come back one time to fix a couple of loose stairs, but now that we've had a chance to use the patio we're just so happy with the work that was done. The patio is beautiful, and the grading and drainage were done well. Now we wait for the grass seed to grow so we can take some "after" pictures!

"Started off a day late but was informed in advance. Work moved steady, but paused waiting for the concrete supplier; again was informed so we could adjust the schedule. During design of the walks, we had full say and before each step in the prep and shaping, we had approvals. Before the pour, we made a design change without problems. All of this approval control made for an excellent set of walks. The driveway required edging the overgrown grass and dirt/water cleaning before the sealing."
