My project was for an 1,840 sq ft area and required excavation work, an interior 1,200 sq ft garage that was finished glass-smooth, and an exterior 640 sq ft covered patio finished with reclaimed timber stamped concrete. On my project, Dan was not only my concrete expert, but also my excavator, my exterior designer, and my mentor in how to shape my outdoor paradise, ensuring every aspect was done with intention. "From the initial phone call to the completion of the job Quality 1st provided top notch professional service. A couple points which makes this easy to write. Communication is key whether in person or via telephone and Q1 was exceptional in this regard at every point. Telephone conversations with customer services was pleasant and cordial, never rushed or snotty. Paul our salesman was here for quite a while answering questions and assessing our needs in the basement. Of only was he on time for our appointment he was about 10 minutes early too. The cost of this project was a good chunk of change for us but after too many times of shop-vac’ing water we knew it was time to bite the bullet and move forward with making life a little easier and not have the issue of when will we get water in the basement again hanging over our heads. I was impressed that Quality 1st uses their own products and has their own R&D facilities. As for the installation, enough cannot be said for the crew that was here. I got the call at 9am they would be here in 20 minutes and at 9:20 they were backing in my driveway. I met the foreman Mario and his 2 helpers. We went into the basement and they looked around and asked if I had any questions. We had almost everything out of the basement and what was left they covered in plastic. By 9:50am they were running the jackhammers. We have a 1,500 sqft ranch and these guys worked all day, they didn’t stop and worked their tails off. I can’t remember exactly when the jackhammer stopped but by 2 pm the channel was dug out and they were beginning to lay out for the channel that carries the water to the sump. About 4pm Kyle showed up to assess the job and see if I had any questions or concerns. We spoke about the job and we went downstairs to see the progress. He stayed on site for about 45 minutes after making sure I was comfortable with how the job was going. By 5:15 or so the job was completely finished. Before they left Mario went over everything regarding the sump system. As far as cleanup, this is a dusty job. Concrete dust is ultra fine and they did a fantastic job of not only sweeping but they also dusted off areas which were not covered in plastic. They left no mess to speak of., I was very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. It’s easy to nitpick any job at anytime and there is nothing I would call them out on. Finally as for the functionality of the sump system I wish I had a comment on that at this time. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and until around Thanksgiving of this year (2018) we’ve only had water about 4 times. Between Thanksgiving (2018) and New Years (2019) we got slammed 4 times and nothing since. With the symptoms of how our basement got water, I feel comfortable with the system Quality 1st installed and am confident they will stand behind their work and warranty. We’re also happy this is transferable to the next homeowner when we sell the house and it is an excellent selling point when the time comes."

"Bowen construction installed a deck, added an energy star sliding door, moved vents, performed plumbing repairs so my kitchen pipes would not freeze, added light and outlets and moved my interior dining table light. All work was excellent quality and his quote was 1/3 the cost of any other contractor. When I need more work I will be utilizing his services. Highly responsive to any text or call. I am so happy with my deck!! And he beat out the next closest contractor by over 10k."

"We hired AG Construction for 3 jobs. Alex was on top of everything from start to finish. He listened to my needs and made suggestions which I took and it made a big difference. "M&M did a fantastic job with our new patio. They took down and removed our old deck, framed out the patio and completed the job in only about a week. "Derek Starts responded quickly to our initial email inquiry for a quote on a stone patio for our home. Afterward, he visited our home,
assessed our desired plan, and provided a competitive and reasonable estimate to construct a paving stone patio for us.
Derek and his crew dealt with extremely difficult weather conditions (high humidity and 93-95?) while digging the foundation and
constructing the patio. But even under these circumstances all were well-trained and professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating to modest changes to the plan. The crew was also exceptionally neat during construction, and cleaned up the site daily.
The patio was finished within two days, and is exceptionally well-built and attractive.
Lastly, Derek and his crew laid sod around the perimeter of the patio, and provided us with specific instructions as to appropriate care and maintenance of the grass.
The grass is currently thriving, and the patio looks terrific.
