Rather than remove and replaced, I was pleasantly surprised that the existing broken slab could be elevated back up to the original position, then a simple resurfacing could then be done. My issue was rain water that I have now mitigated. The cool thing was that a brick retaining wall sitting on top of the broken slab also elevate to its original position, Simple mortar work will make it all perfect. These guys are legit. Hats off to Levi Woods who came out to see the need, then provide some education of the AFS process and ultimately an estimate, as well as Matthew Martin and Parris Houchins who did the repair. "They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch."
