I am not a trusting person when it comes to contractors, but James earned my trust. I scratched the year in the setting concrete, and my homage to the company that poured it (photo below). "We had a very tight schedule to dig and pour 8 footings and a concrete pad for a new deck. Jeff came through for us and had the footings dug quickly even though it was not easy digging. Because of the location of my septic tank and field, using heavy machinery was not an option. They worked around every obstruction including large rocks and drainage pipes while hand digging each of the footings. Jeff worked with my carpenter to ensure that the holes were exactly where they needed to be and was adaptable to making changes on the spot.
