"lst off the guys broke the sprayer on the end of my hose when they were mixing concrete I guess. It was old, but they did not mention the breakage. The work that was accomplished look good! If it keeps the water out of the basement, then they are rated at a 5. Have to wait and see. It is truly hard to evaluate the job except on appearance. They just finished the job a couple of hours ago."

"When I submitted a request through Angie, Brady quickly contacted me and listened to all my requests and stayed in continual contact with the best procedures for my project. We spoke on the phone, texted, sent pictures, and emailed. Although I ultimately did not move further with my project, he was able to schedule the project in a timely manner. "Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."
