"I had what I can only describe as perfect experience with Mount Valley. From the second I found a crack forming in the brick veneer under a window, until the job was done, each step was perfect. When I first called, it was fast and easy to get a rep sent over. They called to remind me of the appointment the day before. The rep called me on his way and gave me an ETA. The rep measured and explained the whole process and what would be needed to properly fix. He offered financing and a discount! Once the repair date was set, they called a few days ahead to confirm the day still worked for me. The crew called when they were on the way to give an ETA. Aubrey McJunkin led the crew assisted by Riley McQueen. They explained what they were going to do and got right to it. Aubrey estimated what time they would finish (spoiler alert- he was spot on by 3 minutes, which was probably due to me talking to the crew, haha) they showed great care with my yard by laying down plywood to drive the excavator on. They didn't mess a blade of grass up. They came with everything they needed and fixed the crack so well, I'm not even sure I'll need to re-grout it! Aubrey explained they opened a permit and would need to leave the holes open until the permit inspector comes and then they will send a crew to fill in. Let me tell you, if you are having a foundation issue, you would be a fool not to call Mount Valley. Companies like this don't stay in business as long as they have by doing poor work, they do it by treating their customers like they did with me and earning a review like this."

"Quality work at a fair price. Project required replacing porch slab, front stairs, walkway, driveway, and sidewalk, as well as adding brick columns with wall and metal gate. Concrete, masonry, and carpentry work were excellently done. They listened to my expectations and met them all. Very honest, reliable, conscientious and committed to delivering a quality product. "We are THRILLED with the work that Kyle and his team did for us! As a small HOA we share an 8 spot parking lot that was a fine sandy material that drove us crazy. We put in an RFP with LCP to change it to all concrete and Kyle came out the next day to meet with me about the project. It was clear by the way he spoke and the questions he asked that he had the knowledge and experience for this job, and was extremely professional. I had a formal estimate later that day. "Mr Kyle Robbins came to my house interviewed me and wife so he would know what we had in mid. he wrote up a plan and submitted it in to us. He gave me a list of the total billing and a breakdown of everything that was included,. I accepted the proposal. he came in on time, planted the plants and put in a walkway for me that was better then i anticipated, so all in all he provided me with a substantial job at a reasonable price and I'm very satisfied"

"I hired Venture Outdoor to extend my concrete driveway to the side of my home. After getting three estimates, I chose venture outdoors because when Hunter arrived, he was professional and most importantly, he truly cared. He thoroughly explained everything and was transparent about everything, discussing my expectations and what he felt I needed to have done for the best outcome. I am so glad I went with venture outdoor, they removed some old concrete and laid the new concrete just as I wanted and I love it!!!! I am so glad I went with Hunter recommendation because he was right! No other person who came out to my home for an estimate explained things as Hunter did. He got his guys out and did the job in one day and guess what? There were no surprises! He informed me upfront that where they did the work and hauled the dirt was going to look a little dirty afterwards and that it would have to rain a few times to wash the dirt away, stuff like that. Hunter and his crew completed the job, while I was out of town and when I came back, I was so happy to see my new thick, beautiful drive way!! They even put in a drain for my water spout, and it is aesthetically pleasing!
