"Before quoting Corey came and surveyed backyard to determine slope; he had digital survey equipment, was professional and personable. He provided quote and we scheduled service. He had all equipment (nothing rented). They ran into huge boulders when trenching out backyard but did not increase price. Crew left without filling in lowlying areas of front yard or seeding/straw, (additional services requested during quote and included in price) so we contacted Corey and they returned to complete job. They did lay straw on backyard when they returned but it was never apparent that they put out any grass seed. We did not call Corey to notify him of this.

The drainage issues were harder to solve, but they worked through them, and improved our backyard drainage conditions. We had some differences of opinion on some of the planting materials , but they were flexible enough to get the look we wanted."
