The spa contractor was terrible. They created a situation that I would have to raise the patio up. I had a couple of contractors no bid and I had a couple of price too high. (I'm in construction so I have a good sense of construction cost) . The patio looked terrible with the spy sticking up around 8 inches and a rebar grid around it. It was hard to imagine it ever looking good again. GPH came in and made me feel good from the beginning. The project did not intimidate them. The showed me along the way that it was going to turn out well and it did. I also had a problem with water pooling in areas before. GPH made all the surfaces drain perfectly.
