"The workmanship was excellent, and the new stone facade retaining wall looks very nice indeed! The stone facade was effectively equivalent of a 4" stone wall on the face of the concrete cinderblock and required the same degree of craftmanship that a fully mortared stone retaining wall would have needed in terms of cutting and fitting each stone. It is a pleasure to see such craftsmanship on display. Retaining walls do need to stand the test of time to prove themselves and while it is still early days we do feel very good about what was put in place by XtraCare. XtraCare also did not nickle-and-dime us which was very refreshing and pleasant experience overall. We definitely intend to have them in our shortlist for any landscaping project we undertake in the future."

"Thank you Lily & Team: I contracted with MA Cleaning and Landscape to provide a hardscape solution under my new deck, including a concrete pad and decorative pebbles. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. Lily was very kind and highly professional, which makes a huge difference with me. I am posting this review because I want people to know they can trust lily and her team to do the right thing. I can also highly recommend them for both hardscape and landscape design. "Luis and his team did outstanding work. They were very neat and clean during the construction. They also are very honest about anything. They poured a large concrete patio with a retaining wall and helped fix a drainage issue we had. They also had to make sure the concrete could hold our swim spa. It looks great and I won't call anyone else in the future. Couldn't be happier with the results."

"Removed old concrete patio: This was an old 1963-era concrete slab. Massive. Mike & his team brought in jackhammers and made quick work of it. Waterproofing: Removing the old slab revealed a damaged (and possibly leaking) portion of the house wall, which Mike's team repaired well. Replaced with new patio: Mike's team poured a new cement layer, then installed a new flagstone patio surface on top of that. Also a new step (concrete with flagstone exterior) at the door threshold. They also re-installed an iron railing which had been part of the original patio configuration. The job went well in all respects. We're happy with the team's work and with the new patio. I've worked with Mike and Diversified Contractors several times now. Each time, Mike has had good ideas & suggestions. Each time, his team has demonstrated excellent skills. Again, I'm looking forward to our next project."

"On my shared driveway I noticed the concrete culvert was beginning to erode and shift. The crew came when scheduled to repair the culvert. The drainage area needed to be reshaped and have stone added to help with erosion issues. A cement footing was created to help hold up the concrete tubes and than concrete was packed in around the tubes help hold them in place. The job took several days to complete. I am very satisfied with the overall work. There was a lot of work put in to make the finished job look good and it does look good. I am giving a B for quality because the trucks they parked on my yard left large ruts in my yard. I watched the workers kick leaves over the ruts to hide them. When I complained they sent some one back to fix the ruts. That some one came back and with his foot kicked the top of ruts off, jumped back in the truck and left. I still have ruts that I will fix with my shovel and rake in spring. Such a shame. I will defiantly use them again in the future."
