"I am a long standing customer of Land Z Masonry Corp. because all of their work is high quality and professionally done. When I called Luis, the owner, regarding the work, he got back to us immediately. He came out to look at the job and he gave us a very fair estimate on this job and another job that we wanted to also have done in our basement. The installation of the new concrete floor took a few days. Luis' workers were always punctual, respectful, and they maintained a consistent work schedule each day. At the end of each day, they would always leave our property in a neat and presentable manner. Each day Luis would visit the job site to check out and inspect the work. He also always made himself available to answer any of our questions or concerns. "We had a very tight schedule to dig and pour 8 footings and a concrete pad for a new deck. Jeff came through for us and had the footings dug quickly even though it was not easy digging. Because of the location of my septic tank and field, using heavy machinery was not an option. They worked around every obstruction including large rocks and drainage pipes while hand digging each of the footings. Jeff worked with my carpenter to ensure that the holes were exactly where they needed to be and was adaptable to making changes on the spot.
