I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. After cure time, his team installed Lally columns and necessary supporting beams and the job was done. Leo’s team stayed on task and were very committed to finishing the job professionally. "08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

The patio looks great! They clearly paid attention to the little details and made sure that both the patio and the walkway fit into our space perfectly. It took them awhile to get to our project, but they were easy to communicate with and, once the project was started, they were punctual and worked long hours to get the patio done in just a few days. We had decided to install a simple garden fence around the patio to keep our dog contained, and Gus actually installed it for us, including solving several problems when he ran into patches of buried concrete. There was no charge for the extra labor, and we were really appreciative, as we designed the entire patio around the dimensions of the prefab fencing and it was so nice to just have it all DONE when the crew left. It would have taken us many hours of work, and it probably took Gus and his guys about 30 minutes. We would definitely hire Maccauly Bros again for future projects."
