The work was delayed by weather, but was quickly rescheduled. They completely removed the original concrete driveway, installed a bed of stone, and a steel framework. The following day, they installed, graded (so water runs off to the street), and broom textured the driveway. They were respectful of the plants around the driveway. I'm very happy with the final product."

They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. "Mr. Peredo is responsive, professional, and cleaned up well after work was complete.  The work was done in one day (he and one coworker), and for the exact quoted price in the estimate.  He was not familiar with using different mortar for such an old house (1919) with lime mortar and softer brick (which is not unusual), but I just bought the proper materials myself and he used that, so it was no big deal.
He used some of the extra concrete to repair something I had not mentioned at no extra charge, which is a clear sign of someone who I want to work with again.  I'll call him again when the weather is warmer for more concrete work.  Highly recommend.
