"Mike was great to work with. Upon the initial visit, he suggested only 2 walls needed the drainage system (we decided on 3 to have all the mess done at once with no chance of leaks along the other wall in the future).  I appreciated his honesty.  He also spent an extensive amount of time inspecting our foundation and basement (at my request) and recommended that no foundation repair was needed.  He did suggest fixing our exterior drain.  The estimate was very well worded and descriptive.

Mike and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in 1 day.  They helped cover items with plastic we'd moved to the middle of the basement.  They also helped with taking out an old concrete laundry sink.  I was surprised at how smoothly they'd installed the exterior drain pipe of the sump pump in our front yard (very little disruption to the landscaping).

Sure enough, we had torrential storms the week following and the basement was super dry and water was exiting the sump pump drain pipe.  What a relief to not have water in the basement anymore!
