"I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."

I messaged them on Angie's list (along with a few other companies) and they were quickly responsive and called me the following day to set up getting a quote unlike the others. He came out and quoted me and was ready to start the following day. The day of they showed up at my house slightly before the time we discussed (which I thought was a good thing) the crew was polite, kept me well informed and was in and out in about a hour. My only "concern" the ground still feels really hard where the bushes were removed, so I'm hoping they got enough of the roots out in order to plant there with out much grunt work. Overall all great experience with them, and I will be using them in the future."
