"Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

He and his crew member worked hard from 8:30- 4. They work efficiently together, both are knowledgable, organized, efficient, polite and clean in their work. His team replaced the floor boards in our deck, fixed a drainage problem by our porch, replaced our concrete walkway with pavers, took down a tree in front of our house, and replaced the border of our landscaping with stones.
