The workmanship was professional and Gilberto and his crew worked with us on the entire project (making adjustments as necessary) to ensure our satisfaction of the end result. Gilberto is a man of integrity and stands by his word. We absolutely love the stairway and wall. It transformed the front of our home. "Glenn responded promptly to my request for a bid. I had old landscape timbers to be removed from the culvert area and wanted to have large rock installed with the new culvert. Of the contractors from whom I received bids, only Image Pros was able to do these things in addition to removing and replacing old asphalt driveway and culvert. Otherwise, their bid was identical to the other contractors. I appreciated their ability to do it all, so I didn't have to be the "general contractor." While early season weather delayed the project a bit, it was very well done. Highly recommended!"
