I am on the board of a townhome association and we originally reached out to Crosstown Concrete in 2020 to install a concrete flume to help with water management. They were provided a spec from an engineering firm we worked with and completed the work wonderfully. In 2021 we had a massive concrete project and a massive asphalt project we needed to get done. We worked with Crosstown on the concrete project to coordinate the removal and replacement of 23 garage floors as well as concrete aprons in front of the garages that ran the length of two of our buildings. "Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team.
