"This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "I hired this company to replace my roof dumpster was delivered one day before they started the job. Very hard-working guys, they remove all shingles on a 20 square roof within 2h. unfortunately the plywood was bad and need it to be replaced these guys did something that no company would do it they removed all plywood did framing repair installed 5/8 plywood and charged me only for the cost of plywood. I give them 5 stars for the job that they did and i will never deal with any other company besides HomeMaster."
