"From the start, I had a very good experience with Acculevel. The project manager, Jim, arrived for the initial inspection and estimate right on time. He was courteous and did an excellent job explaining the helical piers capabilities and installation process and answered all my questions. He did not try to push extra installations on me, but I feel just what he thought would more than sufficiently do the job. Neil, the project superintendent, also arrived right on time for the pre-installation visit, was also courteous and thoroughly answered my questions. The two days of pier installation went very well. The installers, Luis & Fabian, worked diligently, treated my lawn and landscaping with care (using plywood under the mini at all times), and were always courteous.
