"Ivan and John are great contractors. I called them while still living out of state for an estimate. They were quick to get that estimate done and check back with me. They knew my time constraints and worked with me on that and got it done when I needed it. They were considerate of our needs and pets when making the fence. They completed the fence in just a few days and it was no small task as the property is nearly half an acre. We were highly impressed with their work ethic. They showed up early and left late. "Told me a price which was fair and stuck to that price . He had the job done within one week. He did a front sidewalk and a concrete pad in front of garage. He brought in gravel. But before he did those things he graded the road so the slope to the garage was not so steep. We had 2 other guys work on the slope and we were not satisfied but he fixed it. Loved his work!"
