He came out to my house on Thursday and gave me an estimate. Monday morning he came out with his crew and did the job. He is the Owner of this Company and he comes out with his crew to work with them and oversees the work being done. Gibran is honest and listened to any concerns I had regarding the work and he will make suggestions if he sees a way to make it even better. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above.
