So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. "This was a big project for my wife and I.  We were very concerned about the overall cost and the structural integrity of the house foundation as the basement was being excavated.  Jerome and Damon did an outstanding job for us and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process.  Damon was especially attentive -- he is thoughtful, intelligent, resourceful and provided excellent service and advice.  The few problems that came up were dealt with quickly and I am extremely happy with the result - a clean, dry work space with a nice flat floor.  
95% of the job was completed in 5 days.  I am still amazed by this given that all the excavated material and the new concrete was handled in 5 gallon buckets exclusively.  The other amazing thing was how much the crew actually enjoyed the work; I wish I had as much fun on the job as the Select Basement crew - that tells me that Jerome treats his people the right way.
