"I thought the price very expensive for what They did. It cost $2100 for them to put a hose that was screwed to the downspout and run it under ground ( not deep) about 10 feet away from the house. One downspout was more work with going under the porch and a 4 ft area of black top was taken up then replaced with concrete. The workers were very professional. Work was done quickly. But I thought expensive. Would look around more if needed service again"

Determined the best method where to pour the concrete to connect to the present setting. Made sure that I understood and agreed with the suggestions. Introduced his crew when they arrived to prepare the project. Scheduled a day for the concrete to arrive and be poured. Did a beautiful job finishing the project. Then finished by seeding, with fertilizer, the bare area. In all, an excellent job."

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from.
