First was the concrete crew. They were like a well oiled machine. They removed the old sidewalk & porches and hauled away all the old concrete neatly and profesionally. The new concrete was poured and it looked like artists at work! Next, the porches were formed, the concrete was poured and Alfonso created the waterproof porches. During all phases of the constrution, Isaac was in contact with us and stopped by multiple times to make sure all was going well. The crew dug a deep trench, installed rebar, and poured a solid base. Once cured, the wall was built up and capped for a clean look. Drainage was included with weep holes and gravel backfill, which prevents water buildup behind the wall. The wall spans nearly 40 feet, transforming the yard into usable, level space."
