"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. "Travis and his team were TOP NOTCH and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for concrete work or excavating. When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team.
