They removed my concrete driveway and two walkways and replaced it with personal hand stamped concrete. It looks amazing and I would deal with this company for any concrete needs. "Please see the earlier review (3/12) for context. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mt. Valley Foundation Services regarding our sump pump installation. Overall, the team did an excellent job with both the initial installation and the subsequent repair of the discharge lines, which had come apart over time. They were professional, transparent, and truly seemed to care about the project. The only challenge I encountered was not with Mt. Valley Foundation Services itself, but rather with its parent company, Ground Works. From my experience, Ground Works has acquired many smaller foundation companies across the U.S., and it seems they may be struggling with logistical coordination. The call center they use is not very user-friendly, and I experienced multiple miscommunications and scheduling errors. Unfortunately, this puts Mt. Valley Foundation Services at the mercy of Ground Works' logistical issues. That said, I highly recommend working with Mt. Valley Foundation Services. My advice is to obtain the names and direct contact information of the service team when booking—this makes future communication significantly easier. Once I was able to reach the team directly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living in a flood-prone area, I feel confident that the sump pump project they completed will be a tremendous benefit to our home and property. A big thanks to Danny (the manager) and his team for their outstanding work!"

"It went fine. He responded promptly and did a good job. Then I paid, and I never saw him again--and he still needed to clean up and finish, taking apart the brackets around the area where the concrete was poured, cleaning up the roots they'd chopped up, and so on. When I called about it, he said he'd be over, but when the time came, he said was in the area, but couldn't find my house. After calling back and forth, he said he still couldn't find it, (keep in mind they'd been here several times already doing the job) and said he'd get back to me, and he didn't. I texted him a map, photos of the house, the street sign nearby, but nothing for almost a week. Then I got another call saying they'd be over "today or tomorrow," and that was a week ago and the last I've heard."
