"Customer service was excellent. Received a phone call pertaining to my request a few hours after emailing it. Extremely courteous. Received another phone call the day before the service was to be performed. The technician came as scheduled. He also did not seem to know why he was coming to service my sprinkler system. Anyhow after some explaining he did the repair and even thought I had another issue to be fixed, he did not have the part and essentially left. I had to call the office to follow up on his finding the next day so I could schedule another appointment. That part I don't think I should have had to do."
