"Gino and his team did a great job!! I tried to do this project alone and realized I was not up to the task. Gino came to our home on Sunday because he realized, I was in trouble. Gino and team did the excavation, concrete base then built a beautiful paver patio well above our expectations. He was honest, helpful and charged a very fair price. He made us feel very comfortable and did not take advantage of us knowing the predicament and poor shape of our backyard was in after I tried to do this project myself. The very same day he came to assess the job, he realized my backyard needed to be fixed ASAP. Gino started up the skid steer I rented, rolled up his sleeves and said, âLetâs get this backyard into shape and then we will talk numbers. First, you need some help, then we will talk business.â I could tell he was not going to rip me off, but I knew he was just genuinely trying to help. He saved me form any possible flooding and drainage issues prior to when he and his team could officially start the job. He's a good man, I can't say enough great things about Gino and his team."

"Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. In the end, we could not be happier with the job. It was done quickly, with a transferable warranty, at a great price, and Jimmy was very professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the team at Done Right GC, LLC."

"I hired Seci General Construction to replace my stairs and patio in my backyard. First, Bekim Seci followed up on every phone call, was very polite and responsive. I immediately felt like my project was important to him (although it was small). He came to the house, assessed the area and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. I had my front stairs done by another contractor the previous year and the pricing was much more expensive. Not only was his price fair, he used excellent materials (Cambridge pavers). His team took care of the haul away of the old concrete and left the area clean. The entire job was completed in two days (which was excellent considering my experience with my front steps). It is absolutely beautiful and I am extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend them for your next project. I know I will be using them again."

"Jason and his men did a remarkable job. We first hired Jason, in the early Spring, to build a masonry and stone pad for a new shed. We then hired him this past summer to build a 960 sf paver patio and masonry wall. The construction of the patio also included fencing, pipe work, demo of an out building ,and minor foundation repairs. We couldnâ t be more pleased with everything. "I am so grateful that I was able to find Jorge after our house was broken in through the sliding door just before Thanksgiving. He replaced the sliding door the next day I called him. He was actually the only one who prioritized this work to meet our emergency need among the contractors whom I had contacted. He also fixed all the others damaged by the burglars. The price was very reasonable and fair. Jorge is a great pleasure to speak with and knowledgeable. He is very detail-oriented at work, pursing perfection on every detail. He always ensured the job was completely finished without question. "This was my first contractor hire through Home Advisor. Juan was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Always returned calls and kept his promises. The work was for front steps for enterance to my house. He walked me through the entire process and gave me time to choose my pavers colors. When the day came for the work to begin he and his workers saw that my current steps base foundation was not able to uphold the new installation. So they completely gutted and removed everything from the old steps and put all new foundation with the recycled rocks. The job was quick and clean. Juan and his team were awesome, and really down to earth. I would highly recommend hiring Juan again for my landscaping projects."

"Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."

"Teardown of old walkway (concrete/stone) and front stoop (brick). Install of new stoop and walkway (pavers). Leveling of front yard where old walkway existed, including planting of sod. Nick and his entire crew are true professionals, which is hard to find in a service capacity these days. I would absolutely work with EAGLES RENOVATION again and emphatically recommend them for high-quality work, attention to detail, and overall service. - Nick spent a ton of time with me on the phone and via email at all hours of the day and evening scoping the project and making tweaks based on my questions and preference. He also has an expert understanding of horticulture and makes intelligent recommendations for planting - They arrived on time each day and kept to their proposed timelines - The work was one of high quality, which was surprising considering the variety of disparate tasks that needed to be accomplished. From customer service, to project management and scoping, to hardscaping, and finally landscaping. Experts in each of these categories - Lastly, they were all good people and I got the sense that from Nick to his crew, they all take immense pride in what they do Great experience!"
