It turned out there was some water under the old floor (well under grade) so James added plastic sheeting under the new floor. Also pointed steps. "We had a very tight schedule to dig and pour 8 footings and a concrete pad for a new deck. Jeff came through for us and had the footings dug quickly even though it was not easy digging. Because of the location of my septic tank and field, using heavy machinery was not an option. They worked around every obstruction including large rocks and drainage pipes while hand digging each of the footings. Jeff worked with my carpenter to ensure that the holes were exactly where they needed to be and was adaptable to making changes on the spot. Jeff and all his employees were courteous and a pleasure to talk to. We really appreciated how he worked with us on such short notice and that the quality of the work was great."
