He didn't take any short cuts on pricing or on the labor. I would say my only grip would be he was hard to get ahold of sometimes, but when yountake into account that he is physically at the jobsite working and not sitting in some office it is of little consequence. "James spent all afternoon presenting the options so I could choose the products and prices I preferred. I thought the price was high but agreed it was a fair deal considering I’d already waited two years for other companies to do the work. I was surprised by how soon they were able to begin, and was kept in touch with the timeline by phone. The three fellows who came to do the work lived about four hours away, making it a very long day for them. They did spend one night in a local hotel, but then decided they’d rather be back in their own homes for the night. They worked nonstop until both a deck and a front porch were completed, the last day until about 10PM. They were very pleasant and polite. Their project manager visited and checked on the progress and completion. I wasn’t completely happy with the concrete padding, but overall so pleased to have the work done. Aside, my account went to a finance company that quoted me a different plan, and they don’t take credit cards."
