"Outstanding! They dug out the old materials and set them aside to be re-purposed as requested. They had a tough job, because the patio (12 ft by 12ft with another 4 feet extender down the side of the house, and a 12ft by 12 ft privacy fence) was being installed to be level for a pool or hot tub on a sloping yard next to the driveway. As a result, they had to do a good deal of digging down to get it just right in order to be level, and still let the water from rain roll off. They installed a complete drainage system off the gutter downspouts, dug trenches, and routed the drainage pipes under the new patio, before they then constructed the base, and placed the pavers. Bobby saw the crew was not doing exactly as I wanted done with the leveling, and he had them redo what was necessary to get it to my desires. They did a phenomenal job, not just with the meticulous attention to getting the pavers just right with the fence, but they even put fresh mulch into my wife's flower bed that runs off the edge of the patio. Front and back. They cleaned up everything, and even put the planters back in place. It looks fantastic, and the rain of this past few days has demonstrated that they did it all just right. It drains just like it should. I am very, very, pleased. DeMilo's price was very fair for all the work they did. I had 4 estimates, and his was one of the lower ones, but not the lowest. i would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

The Dunlop Brothers were not inexpensive, but they were reliable and had the right skill sets and equipment. Their work was of very good quality. "We are extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of Hardscapes and the care they put into constructing our patio. Adam was highly professional, knew exactly what to do with our sloped grade and how to attractively integrate our new outdoor space with the existing area. While we were trying to decide on the color and texture of the pavers and retaining block to be used, Adam dropped by and left us samples of those selections we had made to assure we would be happy before going forward. One of the things that was important to me personally and I really appreciated with Adam was that when I first met with him and told him what we were thinking of doing, he pointed out several things that I had set my mind on and he told me that they could be done but that I probably wouldn't be happy with them in the end, considering the smaller size of our space. Based on his experience he was thinking of what he believed would best accomplish our goal and make us the most happy in the end. When it was finished, it was easy to see he was correct. Several of my ideas would not have worked well or looked very good. Ours was a smaller project and we were pleased when one of his crews became available to come several weeks early and tackle the job in just 3 days. This being our first patio, I was impressed at the amount of work that went into a project like this. His crew earned my respect with their knowledge, courtesy and attention to detail. They were very open to any questions or concerns I had during the project and made sure I was satisfied as they proceeded. Every one of them had a terrific attitude. Due to the slope of our back yard, they built up the space with retaining block that created a very attractive, slight lift to the outer edge of the patio above the yard, which we just love. They integrated the house side of the patio seamlessly with the existing siding and left a nice clean line. At the completion of the job, they cleaned up and covered any trodden-down areas with topsoil and left the yard in terrific shape! They also warranty their work and all I can say is, if you're looking for someone to come in and do your Hardscape project, give this guy a call."

"The crew did an amazing job. the scope of the project was immense. we had a 150 ft driveway that was old concrete replaced with pavers and it was widened by 2ft on each side. it also had a turn around put at the end by the garage. they completely redid our entire yard front and back close to 3/4 of an acre. they put in an entire drainage system with catch drains as the house sat at the bottom of a small hill and all the water all ran under the house. the put in a three level front yard with a stone slab walk away. a very large brick mail box and a brick outdoor grill. completely redid the pool deck with pavers put down gas lines for the he grill the water heater. for the pool and jacuzzi. as well as to the den fireplace to convert it to gas if/when we wanted to. had a water float line put in the pool to maintain water level. they were always on time, professional and clean up was done daily. they said it was gonna take 6 or seven weeks and it took 9. Only because we kept adding things on not in the contract. they never balked or complained about it. and we're always friendly (except the owner Stephen) JUST KIDDING. I HIGHLY recommend them for any job large or small. you just may have to wait a little as they're in demand and the proof is in the exceptional work done."
