"It went like clock work.  Friday they came and did the framing, Monday they poured the cement and did the stamping, Tuesday they did the sawing and protective coat.  They worked in unison very well - it was fun to watch.  They had great suggestions as to the type of stamp and colors to use - they are good at what they do.  I highly reccomend this company and am glad I went with stamped concrete over pavers.

My project was for an 1,840 sq ft area and required excavation work, an interior 1,200 sq ft garage that was finished glass-smooth, and an exterior 640 sq ft covered patio finished with reclaimed timber stamped concrete. "Jeff kept me informed of the progress and took pictures along the way. The work was being done at my shore house, so i wasn't on site to see the progress. He was communicative and very flexible with weather concerns. After he was done - the results were beautiful and he had cleaned up everything! He was very professional to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone who has a similar project."

"The work went quite well. the concrete in my basement was very strong and hard to break. It created a lot of dust which was expected and dust managed to make its way into the home. but the work was very professional. I tend to like things perfect so thats why I gave them B on quality but the important things were done well. In the end there was a lot of dust that eventually fell to the floor after completion but as I was having more work done it was not an issue."

"We could not be more pleased with the work of M&M Landscaping. Malecas (owner) was so easy to work with through the entire process. He showed up for an estimate took measurements, and actually followed up on his estimate. A rare occurrence being we had roughly 6 other contractors come out for estimates with a total of two getting me an actual estimate for the project. Once the project started M&M was punctual, and professional. Malecas, by far, the easiest contractor to work with and his responsiveness deserves a better grade than highest I could give him (A). The patio looks incredible which is a testament to Malecas and his team's attention to detail and craftsmanship. The work site was clean during the job and after hours they left it as clean as it was before they arrived. We were trying to work existing materials into new materials but the difference between old and new was too noticeable for us. M&M was patient while we looked at new pavers and wanted us to find what would make the project look great. We did, and they made it pop. I am so pleased at our decision, their craftsmanship, and our backyard. I can not recommend M&M Landscaping highly enough. "Awesomely. Very happy. The new and replacement plantings are very nice. Also, those concrete slabs have been there since house purchased over 30 years ago. Hadn't even planned to ask about that but since I wanted two of the bushes planted in that area I asked just for the heck of it . I was surprised when Pierce said they can get them out of there. "Derek Starts responded quickly to our initial email inquiry for a quote on a stone patio for our home. Afterward, he visited our home,
assessed our desired plan, and provided a competitive and reasonable estimate to construct a paving stone patio for us.
Derek and his crew dealt with extremely difficult weather conditions (high humidity and 93-95?) while digging the foundation and
constructing the patio. But even under these circumstances all were well-trained and professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating to modest changes to the plan. The crew was also exceptionally neat during construction, and cleaned up the site daily.
The patio was finished within two days, and is exceptionally well-built and attractive.
Lastly, Derek and his crew laid sod around the perimeter of the patio, and provided us with specific instructions as to appropriate care and maintenance of the grass.
The grass is currently thriving, and the patio looks terrific.
