When the job was done I received a Notice to Owner from the cement supplier that if they were not paid in full by this cement contractor, then they could come after me for payment. We had a miss understanding as to the shape that we noticed as they were placing the forms. It was adjusted right then and the extra amount of concrete was determined and a fair price for the additional mud was agreed to. When they poured they did not use as much of additional concrete and they reduced the cost to reflect this. All workers were very professional and know what they were doing.
