"After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. I called Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement to see if they could fix the problem. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem. He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now. The team cleaned the job site and were very polite.
Calling Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement was the best thing I could have done. During a very stressful time, they came in, gave me great advise, got the job done in a reasonable time so I could proceed with the sale.

Can't speak to the quality of their finished work because I have yet to move on this part of the project (may lay flagstone instead), but I do have plenty of experience with contractors, and I like the way they handle the front end of their business, contact quoting, etc...so I would definitely be willing to give them consideration for the work."
