Looking over local businesses, my intuition told me to contact Mr. Jimenez--and I'm glad I did. We decided to put a stone path along the perimeter, where my dogs do most of their running. Then, I asked Mr. Jimenez to seed and cover the rest of the yard, which he did expertly. After he did all that work so well and so affordably, I've given him a list of other projects: a repair of my kitchen wood floor, some more outside erosion control, some "spring cleaning" and painting, etc. When it comes to work around my house, he's my new go-to guy."

"lst off the guys broke the sprayer on the end of my hose when they were mixing concrete I guess. It was old, but they did not mention the breakage. The work that was accomplished look good! If it keeps the water out of the basement, then they are rated at a 5. Have to wait and see. It is truly hard to evaluate the job except on appearance.
