However, we had an exterior foundation leak repaired as well, and they installed a mesh to prevent water from leaking in. 8 months later when water is now leaking in and around their "fix" they won't repair under warranty because "weather conditions are beyond our control". DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OUTDOOR SERVICES."

A year after our last work was done (the poly-jacking), The Real Seal, at my request but at no charge, even sent out a technician to replace/redo some concrete plugs in those poly-jack holes that had popped out probably due to outdoor temperature swings."
