"Bruce was waiting when I arrived home to meet him for the bid. After I explained what I wanted, he was able to give a price right away. His bid was the lowest by a wide margin, but still met every requirement I needed. ALL other contractors were higher to much higher even leaving out cheek walls. I also was clear that I wanted them to work neatly and not leave any mess to cleanup. 
When work commenced, they covered the lawn, work area, and house walls with plastic and kept their tools on it. They worked carefully and neatly. They cleaned up thoroughly every day before they left. The job site (my front yard) showed no effect from a week of workers tromping around (not including curing time). The work exceeded my expectations; I could not be happier with my choice to go with Shoreline Concrete. I would recommend them without reservation. I would mention that the best way to communicate with them is by email; they always answer the same day or first thing next morning.
