Terrance came in with the lowest bid by far, which initially concerned me, but he did a great job on my driveway extension, which also included tearing out and replacing a portion of the existing driveway. He was courteous, professional, and flexible with my scheduling needs, and my wife was complimentary about his crew, which was a bonus. We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. I will definitely use Terrance again if I have future concrete projects."

"I put these guys through **** because of the difficulty of the pour. They never said a word though just smiled and did the work at a price that I though was more than fair. Yes I did receive 2 other bids and Birge's was the highest ($100 more) but you get what you pay for and they are worth every pinny. With the work being done at a high time of the season we were able to get the job done on time and price. If you go anyplace else you will be making a mistake. The crew were on time and respectful."

Wow. From start to finish, this company is the total package. It's clear from the first call that they understand business, customer service and they know what they're doing. They are true professionals.

I called because my home is a "repaired sinkhole home" and there's an area of the back patio that's sunken in a bit and has developed over the past several months. I was concerned. The courtesy and professionalism over the very first phone call was reassuring and frankly, surprising. I was able to ask questions and get complete answers. An appointment was made for Fred to come out and check the area in question. I received an email confirming the appointment along with Fred's info and photo to allow me to easily identify him upon arrival. Fred checked in with me the day before the appointment, and called again prior to arrival. It was nice, because he was able to come a little earlier and he was considerate to call and ask permission. Once Fred arrived, he was kind and helpful. He took time to really explain things for me, and even though my "concern" was really without justification, he seemed genuinely pleased to help rather than being annoyed by a call that didn't result in any business.

Based on Fred's knowledge, we can remedy this minor situation ourselves. However, if we would need any type of service LRE is able to provide in the future, I would absolutely hire this company. It's hard to find a business that really knows how to wow a customer. LRE definitely impressed me!
