"I had previously had another company come out and they said it would cost 1500.00. I paid them only to find out they said it would cost additional amount of 4000.00. I feel I was totally ripped off of 1500.00 and did not use them to complete the foundation issues. Needless to say I was skeptical on finding another company. Lamar came out and took pictures of the foundation issues and immediately emailed the pics while he was here and explained in detail what needed to be done and the contract was very detailed.
