"Very good communication. Prompt and on time service. Unfortunately end product not as good as expected. If you looking to have your concrete floor finish with Hybrid Polymer think twice. Tom - owner very nice and polite guy. He and crew show up right on time. Looked very promising. So what went wrong? For the money I paid , I was expecting better finishing touch and better end results. Floor is covered but it looks like was done by good amateur not a pro. I think that work was bit rushed at the end , and that is what made it look poorly. PS. Note to owner: Tom , slow down. When you planing to do full day of work - do not rush. After sending old concrete make sure all dust is well cleaned. After you put primer, wait ( then wait again) till is dry before applying polymer. It will save you time ( no call backs - touchups ) and final product will be looking better."

"I saw the positive reviews on Angie list and decided to get a quote from Sean Farrell excavation to replace my lateral line.

Sean got back to me quickly (same day) and provided me with an quote and adhered to it. 

I was in need of having my lateral sewer line replaced from my foundation to the main line in the street.  Their quote included performing this work as well as replacing a concrete sidewalk along the side of my house that they had to dig up to get at the pipe and for providing the plumber to make the connection inside the house.

The price was very reasonable compared to other companies and Sean was always very responsive to any phone calls.  It was very easy to get a hold of him.

The crew showed up on time and went straight to work and I do not think there was ever any down time.  There was work going on from start to finish and they completed the pipe repair in one day.

The weather was too cold to redo the concrete pathway (it was winter) and Sean told me someone would be out as soon as the temps increased.  I went ahead and paid Sean in full for the services knowing the concrete still needed to be laid.  Sure enough when the weather got warm in about a week he had someone out there and my path was replaced.
