Colored Stamped Concrete?s installation of our new patio and walkway was a very positive experience from the start.   Fred was responsive and professional every step of the way.   He arrived on time for the initial estimate, was available for questions, and returned at a time convenient to my wife?s work schedule to walk through design options.   Fred stood behind his original quote and worked with us and provided sound advice as we finalized our style and color.   We also found the price to be competitive as we did price several other contractors, including pavers. 

Colored Stamped Concrete was also accommodating in scheduling our job.  Once the permit was approved work started the next business day as promised and completed on scheduled.   When I inspected the final work, the high quality and attention to detail was very evident.   Highly recommended, exceeded expectations!  We would not hesitate to use Colored Stamped Concrete again.

"Was punctual. Saw the project and gave me a reasonable estimate. Primary reason I hired contractor was because he advised me to do something that the contractor who replaced my stairs advised to keep water out my basement and that pretty much sealed the deal for me. It created a lot of dust which was expected and dust managed to make its way into the home. but the work was very professional. I tend to like things perfect so thats why I gave them B on quality but the important things were done well. "Bowen construction installed a deck, added an energy star sliding door, moved vents, performed plumbing repairs so my kitchen pipes would not freeze, added light and outlets and moved my interior dining table light. All work was excellent quality and his quote was 1/3 the cost of any other contractor. When I need more work I will be utilizing his services. Highly responsive to any text or call. "Lyric and crew highly recommend. Met and hired on Monday, Wednesday demo old driveway pad and dug out formed up, layed and tamped modifyed concrete and entire pour areas. Thursday concrete pour 19’x 23’ pad worked on finish. Friday pull forms and clean up. All excess soil was spread in front and rear lawn areas. Monday as promised cut relief cut in slabs, job completed well done. He seems well organized on time, understood my wants and concerns, these guys know the business and knowledge of the trade which is paramount. I have no idea if I got a fair price for the job I got. Lyric was the only one that Angi’s List recommended. Ken’s estimates are straight forward with your name and address on Lydic estimate letterhead - cost - your paying for experience and knowledge. I think I made a good choice. But then it’s only 4 1/2 days since my pour. Not worried, looking marvelous"
