"Before quoting Corey came and surveyed backyard to determine slope; he had digital survey equipment, was professional and personable. He provided quote and we scheduled service. He had all equipment (nothing rented). They ran into huge boulders when trenching out backyard but did not increase price. Crew left without filling in lowlying areas of front yard or seeding/straw, (additional services requested during quote and included in price) so we contacted Corey and they returned to complete job. They did lay straw on backyard when they returned but it was never apparent that they put out any grass seed. We did not call Corey to notify him of this.

"David and his crew were extremely efficient, effective, and productive. We were faced with the complete demolition of a 35-40’ long 10’ high railroad tie retaining wall which had deteriorated. DMC removed the entire wall and the shale and soil which had sunk and caused the concrete parking pad to crack and sink within a few days. He constructed a new wall of Normandy blocks backed with stones and gravel, a new drainage system, and finished with permeable pavers which effectively addresses the large amount of rain water we get in the east Tennessee mountains.
