I contacted them, and a few days later Chanse, the owner, came out and took a look at the problem and indicated that he and his crew could fix it. "David and his crew were extremely efficient, effective, and productive. We were faced with the complete demolition of a 35-40’ long 10’ high railroad tie retaining wall which had deteriorated. DMC removed the entire wall and the shale and soil which had sunk and caused the concrete parking pad to crack and sink within a few days. He constructed a new wall of Normandy blocks backed with stones and gravel, a new drainage system, and finished with permeable pavers which effectively addresses the large amount of rain water we get in the east Tennessee mountains. David always followed up with action on whatever he said he’d do. We would highly recommend DMC Outdoor Living for any large or small hardscaping project."
