We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). Our home is a new construction and we were supposed to have a pool installed in August 2018. Rob came out and walked through the project with us in July. We modified the plan several times and Rob updated the quote for us along the way. There were no surprises. He addressed questions and came out for a final walk through before I left on vacation.
