"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

They were super professional in scheduling, and within a week, they sent a very knowledgeable tech who explained everything he was going to do and showed the trouble areas. Within 2 hours, he had drilled a dozen holes in the cement, inserted tubes, and pumped in sealing foam. It was done very professionally, and I am very happy. The next day we had rain and zero leaks!"

In fact, they were also working on a friend's sidewalk job just down the road from us. They scheduled both our sidewalk pour and our friend's just so the cost of the overall concrete was kept at a reasonable price. They took their time and didn't rush. I did my due-diligence and obtained multiple quotes for the job. (I actually had one contractor imply the job might be too small for him.) Matt handles large jobs! But he will also take the small ones. I do not feel you'll go wrong with South Shore Excavation!"

"United construction evolution yeferson he changed front door was lot of work with 2 windows had to take it apart the all frame was old 1950 and rebuil the new frame because they don’t make it anymore that measurement and a tenant door and frame ,build a rail in the back out side about 80 feet with steps then fix the out side wall was with lots ad bumps with bricks stick out made it smooth and painted with prime and special paint rebuilt a chimney and lots of other minor jobs very professional always on time very respectful polite a truly professional including all the workers .The cost was very faire and convenient"
