Green Effects cleared the area including pulling out evergreens and deck support posts. The owner is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very trustworthy. He had some great suggestions and assisted with last minute changes. Has an excellent work crew. Upon completion, the landscape was graded out to completion. The project was completed on time. He got all the permits and started work with his team within a week, was communicative with weather delays and the concrete looks very nice. Our slab and sidewalks were done in 1 day. There's a little clean up for us (chunks of old concrete, nails from the boards) but I'm not sure if that's just the way it goes? Cesar was professional, quick, reasonable and the product looks good! We had 5 landscapers look at the project ( replacing all planting beds, stone, edging, and sod) and only Kingdomscape gave us a bid (when he said he would). They came out to do the work as soon as we approved the estimate and they worked every day until they were finished (approximately 2 weeks). The did a good job and we will use them by again."
