Owner Josue ("Ho-sway") offered to come and give an estimate (in the rain!) the same day we contacted him. His price was the lowest of the three contractors we had bids from, including the addition of two steps we wanted that the others said would increase the cost significantly. The job was completed within the estimated 4 days as quoted, and the result is a strong deck that will last for decades.
