"Outstanding! They dug out the old materials and set them aside to be re-purposed as requested. They had a tough job, because the patio (12 ft by 12ft with another 4 feet extender down the side of the house, and a 12ft by 12 ft privacy fence) was being installed to be level for a pool or hot tub on a sloping yard next to the driveway. As a result, they had to do a good deal of digging down to get it just right in order to be level, and still let the water from rain roll off. They installed a complete drainage system off the gutter downspouts, dug trenches, and routed the drainage pipes under the new patio, before they then constructed the base, and placed the pavers. Bobby saw the crew was not doing exactly as I wanted done with the leveling, and he had them redo what was necessary to get it to my desires. They did a phenomenal job, not just with the meticulous attention to getting the pavers just right with the fence, but they even put fresh mulch into my wife's flower bed that runs off the edge of the patio. Front and back. They cleaned up everything, and even put the planters back in place. It looks fantastic, and the rain of this past few days has demonstrated that they did it all just right. It drains just like it should. I am very, very, pleased. DeMilo's price was very fair for all the work they did. I had 4 estimates, and his was one of the lower ones, but not the lowest. i would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

We contacted Hardscapes, LLC this spring from a referral from a landscaping company.  We had several other companies come out and give us an idea of what to do with our back yard.  We have a walk out basement on a hill and the house has French doors that lead out to a small concrete pad.  We have a porch and patio on the main level, so part of underneath those was grass, and part was concrete, not attached at all to the other small concrete pad, and since they are on a hill, they were different heights.  There are stairs leading to the deck in the middle of the two concrete areas and the stairs could not be moved.  As it was, the back yard was completely unusable.

Hardscapes came in not as our highest bid, but not the lowest, either.  I liked Adam and liked his ideas.  Once we decided to move forward, he gave us an approximate start date.  He was right-on.  In the meantime, I changed my mind on how things were going to look several times.  I moved things around, added things, took things out, and basically flipped the whole thing to the opposite side of the stairs.  Adam took all in stride - didn't skip a beat, made suggestions and was unbelievably easy to work with.

Once the work started, it took exactly 6 days.  Instead of being on several levels, as I thought we were stuck with, the whole back is one level, all the weird spots are connected, we've got a fire pit, plenty of room for seating around it, a dining area, paved area under the stairs for storage, and it's all beautiful.  Adam and his crew were very professional, neat, clean, efficient, thorough, and meticulous.  I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them enthusiastically to anyone looking to add some oomph to their yard.

"Dupree Simmons with ScanCore LLC did a great job in removing the unsightly cement slab over a center-of-the yard culvert system and replaced it w/ a steel grate, enforced with concrete. The house is on the Natl Historic Registry, built in 1920, so the drainage systems in a lot of the yards in this Historic District are center of yard/backyard. He and his co-worker did a great job; he always arrived on time, was so pleasant, respectful, professional and friendly. He assessed the job requirements beforehand, sent a professional Estimate with 2 choices, explaining all ramifications of the job, and a final agreed-upon Proposal. He also removed a brick foundation embedded in the ground where an old detached garage used to be and replaced with dirt and topsoil so grass seeds can be scattered.
