I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. After cure time, his team installed Lally columns and necessary supporting beams and the job was done. Leo’s team stayed on task and were very committed to finishing the job professionally. "Perfect! The removal of the pre-existing concrete patio took and entire day of hard work with some heavy equipment and lots of muscle. Once the old concrete was removed and disposed of, the site was excavated to prepare the underlying base of crushed stone and sand for the pavers. The paver installation went well, but required last minute cutting into small pieces to fit some difficult spots (around the cellar hatchway). Everything looks beautiful compared to the older poured concrete. We're totally satisfied with the project and the team who did the work!"

Removed damaged concrete walkway and replaced with mosaic of natural stones lined with granite. Added new railings to bottom steps. Replaced limestone caps on retaining wall with granite caps and re-stuccoed wall. Repaired chimney.
